CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cannot make your class, you must give STASH at least 1 week (7 days) notice in order to receive a refund for the booking. We are also happy to reschedule you to a new date and time if the schedule allows.
Cancellations between 6 days - 72 hours prior to the scheduled class, club, or event are eligible for a move to a future date, or receive a store credit.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class, club, or event are not eligible for a refund or credit.
If you need to reschedule a second time, we will issue a refund (7 days prior) or a store credit (6 days to 72 hours prior) for you to re-register at your convenience.
The first class is super important - you must attend part 1 of your class in order to attend any subsequent parts. STASH is unable to offer make-up classes for missed classes.
In the event that STASH is not able to run a class, club, or event due to low enrollment, we will notify you up to 72 hours, or due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, or acts of nature) we will contact as soon as possible about the situation and offer the following options:
- Move to a future date
- Issue store credit
- Issue a full refund
The first 10 minutes of class are super, duper important! For this reason, we ask that you arrive on time (aim for about 5 minutes early!) If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to join the class.
COVID-19 SAFETY POLICIES
STASH is committed to providing our staff, students, and instructors with a safe learning environment. If you are unable to comply with our COVID-19 policies, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

STASH expects our team members to follow the same COVID safety rules, so you can feel safe and secure during your class.
Our classrooms are on the lower level of the building, but can be accessed via elevator. Please let us know ahead of time if there are any accommodations you require - we want to make sure you feel safe and comfortable during your class! Service dogs and other aids are welcome in class.

When registering for your class, you'll be asked to complete a questionnaire that helps us determine you have the skills to succeed in class. If you do not feel confident about the skills a class requires, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can recommend a class to help you build your crafting confidence!
