What if I get my orders shipped to me? 

This promotion is only for curbside pickup orders at this time. This is because we continue to offer free shipping for all orders over $100 CAD. We appreciate peeps that take advantage of our free shipping offer because we know you're stayin' extra safe! We want to encourage the use of curbside pickup AND free shipping. 

How do I get my gift card?

Your gift card will be emailed to you once we fulfill your order! It is not instant, so please wait until you've received your pickup notification before inquiring about your gift card. :) We will send the gift card to the email you used to place an order. Please also check your junk mail! If you're sure you haven't received it, please email us at online@stashlounge.com and we'll look into it. 

Can I use my gift card in store?

No, the gift card can only be used online. Although we love seeing your smiling faces, the health and safety of our staff and customers is our top priority! We want to encourage you to shop online to not only reduce your own exposure to the virus, but to limit the exposure of our staff. Plus, this way there's no waiting outside in the cold Canadian winter...brr! 

Does my gift card expire?

No way! Your online gift card will never expire.
