Local Yarn Shop Day 2024!

Started in 2018, Local Yarn Shop Day is a designated day to celebrate how awesome it is to have a local independent shop nearby to assist, encourage, and inspire. STASH is thankful to be your local yarn shop and we are celebrating this year in style! What are we doing, you ask?

11:00am - FREE DEMO - Yarnbombing 101

Join Veronica for a free talk and demo about yarnbombing, and learn a few great tips on how you can add some colour and whimsy to public spaces with yarn!

1:00pm - FREE DEMO - Weaving with a Cricket Loom

Join Veronica while she demonstrates her fave rigid heddle loom - the Schacht Cricket Loom. Veronica will talk about how to work this user-friendly loom, give tips on weaving with a rigid heddle, answer questions about cricket looms, and give you a chance to try it out yourself. 

2:00pm - FREE DEMO - Yarnbombing 101
