Curbside Pickup at STASH

Hey crafty peeps, thank you so much for all your support during this uncertain time! We're overwhelmed by all the love, and we miss the heck out of you. A lot of peeps have been asking if we're doing delivery or curbside pickup, and the answer is HECK YES WE ARE. 

We would love to remind you that we're also offering free shipping for all orders over $50 CAD in the spirit of social distancing. Please do feel free to take us up on it! Together we can help prevent the spread of COVID-19. 

We'd super appreciate it if you took a moment to familiarize yourself with our process before ordering!

Curbside Pickup and Online Ordering: 

Step 1: Add all the crafty goodies to your cart! 

Step 2: When you get to the checkout, you'll be asked to choose a shipping option. Choose "free local pickup at STASH!" 

Step 3: Wait for an email saying that your order is ready for pickup. We're asking you to be super patient with us during this time. We are working with a very limited staff to keep our peeps safe and healthy, so our order turnaround time isn't as speedy as it usually is. You can expect to wait approximately 1-2 business days (Tuesday - Saturday), but we always try to get it to you sooner. If you order after 12pm, chances are your order will be ready for the following pickup date. 

Please do not come for pickup until you've been notified that your order is ready. We are processing orders on a first-come, first-serve basis, and it's only fair to your fellow crafty peeps if you wait your turn! 

If you haven't heard from us and it's been over 48 hours, try checking your junk mail. If it's not there, please email us by replying to your order confirmation email. It may have bounced! 

Step 4: Once you receive your pickup email, you can come by for curbside pickup Tuesdays - Saturdays from 12pm to 4pm

When you arrive:

When you arrive at STASH, there is free 15 minute parking at the back. Please come to the front door and call us at 403-457-0766. Please keep back at least 6 feet from the door. We super miss you too, but we've got to work together to keep each other safe. Our peeps will place your order outside, and you can safely grab it. Please keep in mind that we cannot let you inside under any circumstance. 

Step 5: Enjoy your new crafty goodies! 

If you'd prefer to have your item shipped, we are offering FREE shipping for all orders over $50 CAD. For orders under $50, we charge a $15 flat rate. Simply select the shipping method you'd prefer at checkout. 

FAQ: 

Can I pick up my order the same day that I place it? 

To keep things fair for all our peeps, we are processing orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. We always try our best to fulfill your orders as soon as possible, but we can't guarantee when they'll be ready. Here's a little known fact for ya - our online store doesn't live at STASH, so we need to physically bring your orders over from our online office. 

It's been a couple days and I haven't received an email about my pickup yet!

Please check your junk mail first! If it's still not there, please reply to your order confirmation email or email online@stashlounge.com to check in with us. Please refrain from calling us as we need to keep the phone lines open for peeps picking up their orders! 

Can I add something onto my order?

If you haven't received a notification saying that your order has been shipped, then chances are, we can probably make that happen. To add onto your order, please follow these steps:

  • Place your second order with the items you need. At checkout, there will be an option to leave a note. Include your original order number and let us know that you'd like this order combined with your existing open order.
  • Send us a quick follow up email to online@stashlounge.com letting us know that you've placed two orders and would like to combine them. We'll take care of the rest.

If you've already received a shipping notification, it means your package has already left the building and is in the hands of Canada Post. 

I think my package is lost!

Please be aware that Canada Post is experiencing delays due to COVID-19. If you truly think your package is lost, please let us know ASAP and we'll open a case with Canada Post. We will work with you to find your package, or issue a refund or replacement. Please be aware that we will be following the guidelines set by Canada Post for missing parcels, and cannot issue refunds/replacements until they are officially closed the case. 

Can I collect or use my STASH points?

We've temporarily suspended our loyalty program and are offering free shipping over $50 in lieu. Your existing points are safe and sound! You can find more information here
