100 days later, and we're ready to reopen! We will still be offering curbside pickup. Choosing to pickup, or to have your items shipped to you is still the safest option.
Orders can now be picked up any time during our new retail hours of operation - yay! As always, please wait until you receive your "ready for pickup" email.
We do have a few changes to how local pick up will work:
When you arrive, please check in with the “Yarncierge” at the door about your pick up. Once you are in the shop you are also welcome to look around!
If you would prefer not to enter the shop, please call us at 403 457 0766 to arrange pick up outside of our doors.
- If you arrive for pick up and the shop is at our capacity limits then we kindly ask that you line up outside beside our curbside pick up sign for your turn to enter.
We kindly ask that you please pick up your order within 14 days.
If you haven't heard from us and it's been over 48 hours, try checking your junk mail. If it's not there, please email us by replying to your order confirmation email. It may have bounced!
Can I pick up my order the same day that I place it?
To keep things fair for all our peeps, we are processing orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. We always try our best to fulfill your orders as soon as possible, but we can't guarantee when they'll be ready. Here's a little known fact for ya - our online store doesn't live at STASH, so we need to physically bring your orders over from our online office.
It's been a couple days and I haven't received an email about my pickup yet!
Please check your junk mail first! If it's still not there, please reply to your order confirmation email or email email@example.com to check in with us.
Can I add something onto my order?
You can place as many orders for local pickup as you want! If you leave us a note at the checkout, we can combine them for you but if you forget it, don't sweat it! Just tell us you're picking up multiple orders.
