Apply to be a Pop Up Party Vendor!

Oh hey there crafty peeps! Are you an indie yarn dyer, fibre artist, accessories maker, pattern designer, or otherwise handy maker? STASH is looking for vendors to participate in a new Trunk Show event series in our space on Friday nights, and that vendor might be YOU.

Specifically, we want to host juried trunk shows to introduce our STASHy peeps to new products that are inspiring, useful and fun for makers. This is a great time to pitch new or unique yarn bases, show off sample knits for fresh pattern designs, or showcase beautiful fibre blends. Maybe you create clever knitting or crochet accessories, or have adorable kits that are a crafty fit. We want to highlight amazing supplies, kits or other accessories that encourage our makers to Make, and that support the process of making. We are NOT looking for any finished knitwear, toys or other finished crafts.

In lieu of a trunk show fee, STASH will request 30% of all revenue made at the event. We will promote the event and your business/company/etsyshop through our website, social media channels and other opportunities as they arise, and we will do our best to bring peeps in to check out your wares! We also encourage you to promote it to your circle of customers, friends and family too!

How it works:

  1. Apply to be a vendor for a Pop Up Party. This is a juried event series so please be as detailed as possible in your application so that we have lots of information to consider when choosing vendors and planning the event schedule. Incomplete applications may not be considered for booking. Our criteria for selection will be based on a number of factors, such as originality, creativity, marketability, general appeal, and quality of craft.
  2. We will review applications on an ongoing basis and will reach out to qualifying peeps for further discussion. When we discuss a possible booking with you, we will propose dates for you to choose, discuss products to bring, and review basic planning details to ensure that the event will be a good fit for all involved.
  3. If the stars align and we select dates and product that work for everyone then we will provide a letter of agreement that will outline the details of the Pop Up Party.
  4. Then we have a fun party together!
